USchool UGC Policy

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Uschool, which is located at https://www.uschool.asia, together with Uschool mobile app, when users sign in as members, edit member's profile, publish comments on Uschool website and/or mobile app; and/or any other contents appear on Uschool that is not generated by any members of Uschool's employed management tea or Uschool's business partners.

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law of all kinds, Uschool and our officers,directors, employees, contractors and agents are completely not liable for any direct incidental, consequential, special, indirect, punitive, and/or similar damages arising out of, or resulting from, these Uschool User-Generated Content Policy, including, but not limited to, damages for harm to business, lost profits, lost savings, or lost revenues, however such damages are caused and whether based in contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory of liability. The foregoing limitations apply regardless of whether you have been advised of the possibility of such injuries, damages, losses or expenses.
